These terms are a preliminary agreement for using TacoBot. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.
The service
TacoBot provides fantasy-football organization, draft assistance, provider synchronization, league hub contests, and an entertainment-only virtual currency called TacoCoins. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account and activity. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, scrape protected data, impersonate others, or use TacoBot for unlawful gambling or other illegal activity.
TacoCoins
TacoCoins have no cash value, cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, redeemed, or exchanged for money, and are not cryptocurrency. TacoCoins are for entertainment only. Balances, wagers, payouts, or all TacoCoins may be adjusted or revoked at any point, with or without notice.
Fantasy data and decisions
League information may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. You are responsible for confirming provider data, draft choices, contest rules, and results. TacoBot does not provide financial, legal, or gambling advice.
Third-party services
TacoBot may interact with services such as ESPN, Sleeper, and authentication providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and TacoBot is not endorsed by or affiliated with those providers unless expressly stated.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as-is and as-available. To the extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of TacoBot.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as TacoBot develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be directed to the site operator through the Help Center.
